They truly go the distance with the support and customer service like no other I have experienced! Just over a year ago I purchased a Bellicon Rebounder from Diane Regan at Triangle Healing. Speaking to a knowledgeable and caring person made my shopping experience a very positive one. This is down right the most amazing store I have ever been to.
I went in to see if they had some cervical pillows, unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for. I spoke with Lorea, who went over and above, helping me understand what the body needs to be healthy. She gave me a gallon of distilled structured water to take home and try. Withing 2 days my throbbing joint pain has decreased 80 percent. I decided to purchase a distiller and structure tool, they even helped carry the boxes out to my vehicle. The knowledge and service is above and beyond any other I have experienced, and they are there with support anytime you need.

I really appreciate being able to have the opportunity to see what I buy before I purchase an item and to be able to consult someone who can answer all of my questions. This is the kind of service and shopping experience one can only have at a business with a physical presence in contrast to online only companies. Despite the excellent quality of their products, my most recent purchase appeared to be defective and needed to be sent to the manufacturer to be checked out by one of their technicians. I chose to receive a full refund and received it promptly. Honesty is the basis of a trusting relationship and this is a company I trust.

Lorea and Barry provided brilliant customer care. Lorea kept me constantly updated on the tracking, and Barry took the ferry from Victoria to Vancouver to bring White Glove Service to set up both the chair and the lift! Barry was so kind, efficient and resourceful the whole way through.

It’s been a few weeks since I received them and I absolutely love both! The painful oedema that I was suffering with has been reduced by 80% and my sleep has drastically improved now that I can rest properly. Quite the miracle in my books!
