If you need something portable, want to target a specific area, or want to start at a lower price point, the Mini delivers the same core technology in a compact format. Is the Biomat safe?

The Biomat is an FDA-registered Class II medical device designed for temporary relief of minor muscle and joint pain. It includes built-in thermal sensors that regulate temperature automatically. Do not use over sensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation. The unattended use by children or incapacitated persons may be dangerous. Always follow the included instructions and consult your healthcare provider if you have specific medical concerns.

What is the difference between Mini and Professional?

Both deliver the same far infrared heat and negative ion technology. The Mini is compact and portable — ideal for chairs, travel, and targeted use. The Professional covers your full body (27.5" x 72.8") and is our most popular model for daily, full-body home use. Neither is "better" — the right choice depends entirely on how you plan to use it.

What is your return policy?

Returns must be in original packaging with all documentation, in new condition. A 3% fee covering payment processing and shipping is deducted from the refund. Full returns policy here.
