I would give 6-stars if that was available. The quality product and customer service is outstanding! I was doing a house reno and installed 11 new pot lights and I wanted to use Full-spectrum light bulbs. I purchased 11 - Chromalux R30 100W full spectrum light bulbs. Two of them were defective when I installed the bulbs so I called Triangle and they replaced them immediately, no questions asked. It is like living on the Sun when I turn on my living room lights now! I love it! A surprise test proved that they are like the Sun in that a solar powered water pump began operating when the lights are turned on! Who needs SAD lamps in the winter when one can light up a full room to work or play in with these bulbs! Thank you.

I am thrilled with my purchase of a Perfect Chair and the Perfect Chair Riser! Lorea and Barry provided brilliant customer care. Lorea kept me constantly updated on the tracking, and Barry took the ferry from Victoria to Vancouver to bring White Glove Service to set up both the chair and the lift! Barry was so kind, efficient and resourceful the whole way through. It's been a few weeks since I received them and I absolutely love both! My comfort and sleep have improved so much — quite the miracle in my books! I felt very cared for, like an old friend, even though I was a new customer. Thank you so much for everything.

Barrie went above and beyond when he personally delivered our Human Touch chair all the way from Victoria to our home in the interior of BC, then assembled and tested it before heading home again! This delivery involved a ferry and highway journey which he cheerfully undertook to make sure we got our chair delivered and smoothly operating. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days. Just wanted to show you my garden greens! I have been an organic gardener for almost 40 years…I have never had yields like this lol…We've had a very dry summer in Southern Ontario and I have been relying on my structured water whole house unit to keep my garden growing well. I am picking at least 2 bushels of greens every 3 days!! All veggies are doing wonderful and seem to be miraculously pest-free. I cannot thank you enough for introducing me to structured water.

Wow! What a workout… I do a beginner's 15-minute routine & feel it. It's really energizing as well, and I have lost 2 lbs since I brought it [bellicon] home… My husband is laughing at me but he briefly tried it and was impressed. I will get him going for sure… will be good for his cardiovascular system. I just won't tell him what it cost. That wouldn't be good for his heart.
