Yes — we understand that investing in your wellness is a big decision, and we offer flexible payment options to help make your purchase more manageable.

Many of our customers are eligible for PayPal Pay in 4, which lets you split your order into smaller payments rather than paying everything upfront. Simply choose PayPal at checkout to see if your purchase qualifies.

Before any product is offered at Triangle Healing, it goes through a hands-on evaluation by our team. We don't rely on catalogs or trends — we take the time to understand how a product works in real daily use.

Our testing process includes: using the products in our own homes, evaluating build quality and ease of use, reviewing manufacturer information and safety standards, and assessing whether the product provides meaningful, practical benefits.

For advanced wellness technologies, our in-house technician Barrie is directly involved in testing, setup, and ongoing support — ensuring products are reliable and properly serviced over time.

Shipping — Canada only. We do not ship outside Canada.

We typically ship items on the same day they are ordered, so you should receive your item(s) quickly. The only exception is if products are back ordered — if this is the case, we will let you know the estimated shipping time.

We're here to support you long after your purchase. For many of the advanced wellness technologies we carry, Triangle Healing offers in-house servicing and technical support through our technician, Barrie. This allows us to help diagnose issues, provide maintenance, and guide you through next steps.

If a product requires manufacturer servicing or warranty support, we'll help coordinate the process and explain your options clearly, so you're not left navigating it on your own. If you ever have questions, you can reach out and speak with a real person committed to helping you find a solution.

Our 30-day return / refund policy is as follows:

– The cost we paid to ship your item will be deducted from your refund.
– You are responsible for shipping the item back to us in the original packaging.
