When will I receive my order?
Shipping - CANADA ONLY (we do not ship anywhere else).
We typically ship items on the same day they were ordered, so you should receive your item(s) quickly. The only exception is if products are back ordered. If this is the case, we will let you know the estimated shipping time.
What if something I purchase stops working or needs servicing?
We’re here to support you long after your purchase. For many of the advanced wellness technologies we carry, Triangle Healing offers in-house servicing and technical support through our technician, Barrie. What is your returns/ refund policy?
Our 30-day return/ refund policy is as follows:
- The cost we paid to ship your item will be deducted from your refund.
- You are responsible for shipping the item back to us in the original packaging.
