The Teeter Neck Restore provides support of the upper neck/cervical spine for decompression of the neck and self-administered suboccipital release, a technique to reduce tension in the supporting muscles of the neck. Apply firm, yet satisfying pressure to naturally loosen tight, sore muscles while lying on a flat surface OR while inverted on a Teeter Inversion Table for added tension relief at virtually any angle. The ergonomic, injection-molded plastic base with non-slip grips is topped with a durable, textured rubber insert that can be removed for easy cleaning or chilled in the freezer for a therapeutic cooling sensation.
