MYRTLE: has astringent, antiseptic and antibacterial properties. Aromatherapy recommendations includes sore throats and coughs.
SPRUCE: The Native Americans used Spruce for its purifying and cleansing effect.
TEA TREE: Supports healthy immunity
PEPPERMINT: The familiar aroma of Mentha piperita is known for both its warming and cooling properties. Friendly to the sinuses, peppermint is also useful to the muscular system. Properties include being refreshing, a mental stimulant that reliefs mental fatigue and nervous stress.
Use on skin in diluted vegetable oil, added to bath, in diffusers or just smell on the bottle.
